Physicians Formula Swatches

Bellic

Some of you know who have long practiced Capoeira. Before that I was in ITF Tae kwondo, practiced Wing Chun, the fans of me sparring with boxers judoka and I spend with my swords Mongols and the staff and I am a regular follower of fights Jiujitsu, valetudo, Muay Thai, including MMA.

Well, I've always been somewhat obsessed with martial arts, either with the theory, history and technique, but above all with your artistic side
and philosophy. Until I get a little scared to address the issue, because I trust you have enough material to fill volumes ... and roe that this blog becomes a series of articles on each one of the systems that I have been fortunate to make contact.

'm a fervent believer that no human only the right but the obligation to learn to defend themselves. If we do, the very nature - not bad, but imperfect - otherwise people will use to take advantage of our weaknesses and therefore could be attacked and even threatened the moral or physical integrity of our close ones, our property or to ourselves. Culpable ignorance would err on ourselves in a situation requiring defense and contemplate "as Lamparo deer, still in fear. Why not underestimate the value of fear and caution, but unfortunately there will be occasions where a basic knowledge and a level of control and confidence can make a difference between a misfortune or a conflict passed.

Now, despite rumors spread gossips around, I am not a violent person, nor am I in favor of resolving conflicts by means as primitive as using weapons or grab shots. I think that wherever we belong to a civilized world, and what distinguishes us from the essence of the animals is the use of our intellectual resources of diplomacy and control, the temple before the aggression. In fact, I have not encountered a formal martial art system (Eastern, Western, ancient and modern) that use anger as an element in their teachings. That is a myth reserved for video games and anime, or the mentality of those who have grown up being outside the martial disciplines.
One of the most important I have been fortunate to witness in any formal martial arts (whether for competition, exhibition or practice) is to encourage responsibility, spirituality and humanization of the practitioner through the humility to give you tools disciplined trading than to recognize the limits of the body: not only what can be incredibly tough to come back or how high they can reach the threshold of pain, but also the awareness of how fragile life is and how such an unexpected and easy to that an accident can occur. What I have seen recently, and that obvious from the way competitive war and some officials of education (with a focus on business) is respect to other systems. ALL formal martial arts, however critical they may be providing some benefit, and should be a rule that all groups, dojos, schools or academies refrain a little (pardon my French) shit thrown between them. Because, if we use a little chicharín and we turn the gears corroded brain that we, anyone with a modicum of common sense will notice that even in ancient fighting systems have been created exclusively for the military, the true martial arts appears when the people, people who do not live to kill someone needs to defend stronger, faster, more violent, more numerous and better armed. The Alpha of all these systems is the defense. The Omega, the purpose of all systems is to live in peace, that is to sheathe the sword and stop fighting. Beta, theta, iota, kappa, and all intermediate Greek letters would become the focus to the field, the opponent's body type, philosophy, and all those elements which are the differences of each of them.

But what are really the martial arts today is a very difficult question to answer.
I think the only way to respond fairly be assuming the role of Jacopo Belbo (of Foucaoult's Pendulum, by Umberto Eco) whose peculiar posture is great and decide to recognize that he is not an actor but an intelligent observer . So, as "intelligent observers", meaning by this that while we participate in any of the above activities recognize that there are the pillars on which the claim, let's analysis.

Is it a sport, an ancient and mystical art, a kind of rhythmic gymnastics with an emphasis on kicking, or are just stunts? Is this a reductive fashion imposed by a gym like Zumba, Pilates? In a nutshell, is it or is not quackery? The correct answer to this (s) question (s) will depend on the person making it, but mostly on who is responding.
If you ask a historian that defines humanity hardly give us a simple answer ... and if so, will certainly be wrong or at least very incomplete. First would be consistent expect us to ask what historical period referred our question, or what culture is not the same talk about the prehistory of China than of the Renaissance in northern Europe. Always take into account a huge number of factors. Likewise

is difficult to give an overall explanation.
But being a brave guy on matters of giving my opinion when nobody has asked me
gala will try to do my intellectual fearlessness. As a martial art to the general public can understand that it is a system or set of systems that make use of codified practices and traditions that are used in training for combat. Zas. It's that simple.

BUT it is obvious that a dictionary definition like this will not help us distinguish a ninjitsu practitioner of a practitioner of savate, or whether what we are seeing is kenpo, choi lei fut, kino Mutai, hun gar, jeet kune do, okichitaw, pankration, aikido, hapkido, Olympic fencing, iaido, kali, sambo, fencing, Florentine, Leon fight, krav maga, Ying zhaoquan, Muay Thai, or just someone with skin and contrived to hold street Shock.

But it is not my intention that a general definition and superficial to me suddenly become experts on the subject. Bandala kick chagi is essentially the same as 7 out of 25 kicks won art fun hun, a meia lua front, or a
Mikazuki geri. But although the three describe an arc and use a growing similar movement in the hip does not make them identical. The guard, profiling, rigidity or fluidity, secuenciació, the "snap" the emphasis on contact or push and where they will be directed to make a layman can notice that are different. And although most likely to see it running hard be able to discover the subtleties of identifying the system kicks they belong, it is easy to recognize when someone under martial discipline and consequences are not just lifting your foot down-bow -up to hit a random body part. The

AM always reflect something of the place they come from. The rhythm (or lack thereof), aggressiveness, evasiveness, the explosive or passive. The subterfuge and cunning ... the internal or external or both. The use of weapons or aversion. All items as different sizes of a brush or a paint viscosity of point features on the canvas.
Chingasumadre that poetic.

To close this rant we all: the definition clear, concise and correct and the role they play in our lives as practitioners or reside outside of ourselves, the importance and focus, reliability, ability, opportunity and proximity Following the culture that gave birth to the system to which we direct the question. Ie: up to practice and identify deeply with any of the arts - because there is an absolute beauty in body control and knowledge of techniques or scripts - martial, be pertinent to say that we understand its soul.

As always, what purported to be an inspired thought in the immortality of the crab that deserves a brief note has been transformed into a dissertation of biblical proportions, and as always, just dry, empty and dull that all texts term rise. I think the next thing will be going to talk about the bad taste that makes me write so much about something and end up feeling that I said nothing. Muito Axé

Comrades!

Pokemon Shiny Gold For Sale In A Flea Market

The Nile monitor lizard (Varanus niloticus Niloticus)

Who:

Basically, I find most interesting animal. It may not be the one I like - but there is something special in the species with which I identify.

is a lizard big and muscular body, the African continent's largest after the crocodile, is widespread except in desert areas. Has a scientific name súmamente chingón.

is a relative of the famous Komodo dragon, and its snout to vent measures averaged 0.6 to 0.8 m, and whose total size may exceed 2.42 m. Your weight may be above 10 kg. Their colors are made on the back by a grayish brown or dark olive green, and reticles from 6 to 9 bands of golden yellow ocelli (in adults), the juveniles have a pattern of bright yellow and black. His tongue is blue. These lizards have strong claws and long neck longer than its head, short nose and tail laterally compressed. Her teeth are becoming flat and serrated while growing up, but always maintain a unique edge.

live much of their lives in burrows they have access to water and prey or carrion which tend to feed. Little is known of their behavior
, and rarely can be captured without killing them because of their strength. Although it is known that climb skilfully and easily by stone walls and trees, there is a climbing species. They are excellent swimmers and can last for static under water about an hour. They are able to adopt a bipedal posture and prone to obesity. It is documented that both males and females of the species can perform a strange ritual combat, completely independent from the mating.

Now, do not ask me why, but every time I see a photo or video of this animal, something inside me deflated. I know that I am a very strange, but is normal deadpan relent to a predator? Well, whatever it is, this is the first blog entry.
