To replace the message "All comments" for "Comments" in the gadget Subscribed Links have to go to the Design tab, then Edit Html and expand gadgets. Once this is done to look for the following line, which should appear twice in the template:

Once located, please replace the following code (both because if you change only the message line will be changed only when visiting any of the blog entries but not when it is on the main page or vice versa):
