And not only are customer complaints and incomformidades but you often find employees or former employees of "X" company telling her bad experience, either by neglect of clients and / or their superiors. This even gets to put a lot into question the phrase that says: " The customer is always right ." Which many argue is a frasesucha created by corporations to avoid losing customers.
